Our Services and Role

As an Australian Credit Representative (ACR No. 572853 of Finsure Finance & Insurance Pty Ltd, ACL No. 384704), our services include:

• Assessing your financial needs for Home Loans, Refinance, Commercial Property Loans, and Asset Finance.
• Identifying and recommending suitable loan products from our panel of lenders.
• Preparing and submitting loan applications on your behalf.
• Facilitating the settlement process.

We do not provide the credit ourselves; the finance contract will be between you and the chosen lender.

Fees and Commissions

• Home Loans: For most residential mortgage products, we do not charge a service fee to the client as we receive a commission from the chosen lender upon settlement and potentially a trail commission thereafter.
• Commercial/Specialist Loans: For certain complex commercial or specialist finance products, a service fee may be charged. Any client fees will be discussed, agreed upon, and documented with you upfront via a formal quote or letter of engagement before any work is commenced.

Client Obligations

To allow us to provide you with the best service, you agree to:

• Provide us with accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your financial position, employment, and credit history.
• Promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your loan application or ongoing financial situation.
• Review all documents provided by us and the chosen lender thoroughly before signing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
